Well it’s all nice critiqueing all the chefs around the world trying to gain themselves recognition, but to truly appreciate good cuisine I deem it necessary that one experiences the kitchen first hand. So there lies the second part of my culinary journey; to pursue great home cooking. This page will contain essentially a diary of all my home experiments and thought processes. Don’t forget… please feel free to comment on how I can improve. I know I’m pretty amateur at the moment 😉 How ironic that I must go about mastering the art of Japanese cooking in a city with hardly any fresh fish….sigh…. Well I am also very keen on classic French cooking and so all is not lost!
